1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering, accessing, or using the JeetBuzz platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use JeetBuzz's services.

2Account Eligibility

2.2 Geographic Location

JeetBuzz services are designed for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your region of residence.

2.3 One Account Per User

• Each individual may only have one (1) active account on JeetBuzz at any one time.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts confirmed to be duplicates will be suspended without prior notice, and the balances and winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
• If you have previously had an account suspended, you are not permitted to register a new account without written authorisation from the JeetBuzz team.

3Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering a JeetBuzz account. False or misleading information may result in account termination. JeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• JeetBuzz recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the JeetBuzz support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to legal compliance and platform security, JeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your ID, proof of address, or payment information — before processing your first withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All JeetBuzz promotions and bonuses are subject to the eligibility conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. In general, bonuses may only be claimed by members who have completed the account verification process and made a deposit using a supported payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• The standard wagering requirement for the JeetBuzz welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may only contribute 10–20%.
• Winnings from free spins that exceed the stated maximum bonus limit may be capped at that amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

JeetBuzz reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, transferring balances between accounts, or using automated software.

6Sports Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

JeetBuzz reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are final. Any errors arising from technical system issues will be resolved in accordance with JeetBuzz team policy, and our decision shall be final.

6.2 Odds & Market Changes

• Odds for Malaysia Super League matches, EPL, world-class badminton, and other sporting events are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• JeetBuzz uses real-time updated odds, and the price displayed at the time a bet is confirmed is the rate that applies.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with the relevant sport rules set out in JeetBuzz's policy.

6.3 Casino Games & Slots

All slots, Live Casino, roulette, baccarat, and lottery games on JeetBuzz are powered by software from certified providers and have been independently audited. All game outcomes are determined by an RNG system whose accuracy has been independently verified.

7Acceptable User Conduct

All JeetBuzz members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility on this platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive language, threats, or any form of harassment toward other users or JeetBuzz staff
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt JeetBuzz systems in any way

8Account Termination & Suspension

8.1 JeetBuzz's Rights

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or for platform security reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your JeetBuzz account, please contact our support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance remaining in your account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, subject to applicable bonus terms.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

JeetBuzz offers a self-exclusion option for players who wish to take a break from gaming. You may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Please refer to the Responsible Gaming section for more information.

9Limitation of Liability Disclaimer
